Poor customer service when it comes to return which is a normal thing for an outdoor gear seller. For such a respectable online store it could be a great issue. I bought base layer and it was a hole between stitches. I called them they called me a liar because I talk to smb asking to change or replace item and my Internet went down. Later I called and explain that I want them to create free shipping label because of damaged merchandise. Oh lord I wish I never order from them. Such a headache.
Juan in customer service is rude and unprofessional.
Will never ever buy from them again.
