I am so frustrated with my purchase at Sears.com. I bought a Futon Sofa that was going to be delivered at my local store within 5 days. They told me I would be able to pick it up after getting a confirmation email but it seven days went and no email, so I decided to go to the store directly with my confirmation#. But they didn't even have the order in the system so I had to call the customer service line and they where so incompetent they told me to call back in 5 to 10 days. So after 10 days of nothing I decided to cancel my order and get my money back but that was not the end of the problem! They would credit me back and told me to wait again for the credit. So. I waited 5 days then called and they asked me if zi wanted my money back? I was so mad! I yelled at the guy on the phone: Of course I want my money back that's the reason I have been calling so many times. - know it wasn't his fault but come on these people are not trained properly and they are probably working somewhere in India. I had to call so many times it was so ridiculous. I am so angry I'm never buying from them again.
