Utter waste of time and big disappointment at birthday time.

I will never order anything on line from Target again. They shouldn't offer on line shopping if this is the best they can do. They missed the first delivery date (the day before my son's birthday) but did not notify me - I had to check on line first and then call them. They waived the shipping charge but told me I could not cancel my order on line or over the phone. So a second delivery date was promised (in an e-mail that started out, "We just found that your order has been delayed"), but they missed that too. AFTER that, they sent another "we just found out" e-mail and promised a third delivery date, which would have been at the end of this month. I just got an email from them notifying me that they had indeed cancelled their order. I guess it is possible for them to cancel these orders - perhaps when the find out that they don't have the item in stock? Or they don't really know how to ship? What a joke.
