There's plenty of better options out there! Shop anywhere else...

Ease of Ordering:
My experience with amazon has been less than thrilling. In the past when I've ordered products from amazon I noticed that they delay shipping any items that qualify for "free shipping"(if you order you'll notice the minimum wait time is 5 days( all items I've ordered from them are IN-STOCK at amazon)
I had always assumed that this was just a tactic to get you to upgrade to faster shipping and thereby paying the cost of shipping for them. Not that big of deal, most of the time I was willing to wait. The last time I ordered from them I saw the estimated shipping time was an estimated delivery between 6 and 10 days...A little too long. And Not in time for when I needed it. And really, a little absurd. Have I mentioned I live in Seattle? 16.2 miles from Amazon? Yes that's right sixteen point two miles away!
So I cancelled my order 40 minutes after I placed it And the e-mail I received back informed me that they couldn't cancel my whole order (even though it was shipping as one item in the same box) and that it was already shipping (in 40 minutes? on a holiday weekend? when the're closed? at night?Hmmmm...)
No contact with Customer service ....they don't respond to e-mails and there's nobody working the phones over there ....
So now I am being charged the total original amount and on top of it, now It looks as if I'm also bing charged shipping.
Look, there's just too many other options out there for on-line shopping than to put up with this unbelievable lack of service from a a company. Who clearly is not even going to put up the effort to pretend to be nice to you while they take your money.
