Item out of stock and they never told me.

I ordered an "in stock" computer from them over the weekend with 3 day shipping. Now I didn't expect them to ship on the weekend but I expected them to ship on Monday or Tuesday. I called them on Tuesday night and they said that my order was "processing" and it may be because of my credit card approval but that it would be approved overnight and shipped out. That didn't happen. When I checked my bank balance it showed that they authorized the transaction 3 days earlier. I checked the Neweeg website on the 4th day and my order status was 40% processed. Using that math it would be 10 days until they actually shipped it. When I checked the availablity of the computer on their website it was now labeled "out of stock". Sensing the "processing" was due to item availability and not my credit card I cancelled the order. I now have to wait up to 3 days for them to refund the money they claimed they were still awaiting approval on. Meanwhile I ordered a different PC from another site and had it shipped out the next day. Im giving 2 stars because I like their prices and don't want to give 1 star unless I feel I got ripped off. If they had at least emailed me or told me over the phone the item was on back order I wouldn't have felt the need to write this review
