A nightmare.

Bought the items fine. Order was split into two, one shipped by UPS, the other FEDX. They got "shipped". I tracked from Day 1. The "got delivered" 11/26. Truth is, nothing was delivered. Called CS on a 11/27. The lady insisted the items were still in transit & will be delivered on 11/30. Tried to tell her that the tracking says - delivered, left at front door. She stood by her story and promised to call me 11/30 to see if they arrived. Guess what the items never arrived and guess again, she never called me.
11/30 I call again. CS rep tells me - the items were returned because no one was home to receive them. The 11/30 that the items "will be delivered" is the same days "they were returned to us and are in the warehouse". They must be smoking something. I then wonder how many shipments are returned to Macy's if they make one attempt to deliver and then items are returned. I also wonder why the tracking system in Fedex reads and UPS read: delivered - left at front door, no signature required.
So CS rep wants to re-process the order and ship. No thank you. Why should shipping be so difficult? And if you make one attempt to deliver, and know that people go to work, then again I will not receive my shipment, and the cycle will never end. I asked for my money back. CS rep said he has processed my refund & I will receive my $ back. It's been 2hrs now I haven't seen the darn confirmation as he promised.
Worst experience in my years' of online shopping. Catch me drop dead shopping at Mayc's.com.
