I am a frequent flier. I fly about once or twice a month. Whenever I am looking for the best fares, Travelocity is the first travel site I look at. It seems like they always have the lowest fares out of all the others I check (expedia, 11thhourvacations, orbitz, etc). They also have great deals on everything else too. I have book a lot of hotel, air, and car reservations from this site. They also have great vacation packages. I have never bought a vacation package, but their prices give me a good idea of what I am looking for when I check other sites.

Travelocity's site is well organized and very easy to use. My favorite feature is being able to plug in different city pairs. Every time I log on to the site, it will tell me how much tickets from here-to-here are.

They've only let me down once or twice, but it doesn't happen very often so I won't talk about it.
