Barnes and Noble has lost my business FOREVER I am very dissatisfied

Wow I don't even know where to begin. I am so very frustrated because I purchased an X-Box 360 Gears of War bundle on the Barnes and Noble Website on Cyber Monday for 309.00.. you you heard that right.. I thought to myself wow Barnes and Noble are really trying to make an impact and drive people to their website this year. Unfortunately things went downhill from here. I received an odd message and then called customer service and spoke with a customer service rep named Alex. I told her that I received a confusing message saying that my order was cancelled while their website said my product had been shipped. Thankfully Alex assured me that everything was great and that my order had gone through fine and that there was nothing to worry about. Well wouldn't you know it they canceled my order for, "reasons unknown" as I found out by checking my email so I contact customer service via email expressing my frustration as they had already charged my cc asking for help, phone call, explanation, anything. I received a very impersonal response saying, that I must contact PJ Sales in Chattanooga TN directly one of their stores I suppose. So I did that, I sent them copies of my correspondence and voiced my concerns only to receive nothing back. I can't tell you how frustrated I am right now. I feel like I have just been scammed by Barnes and Noble. I spent hours on this and they didn't even give me the courtesy of calling me to explain themselves or trying to make it right. My money must not be good enough for them I guess. I took screenshots of my order and the review that I tried to post on their website which showed up with a message saying my language did not fit the B & N terms and conditions to be viewable by the public. This did not surprise me that they censor their feedback to deceive their customers. I wasn't rude just wanted people to know that Barnes and Noble do not honor the price or value new potential customers. My plan is to find somewhere to post these images showing their censorship and refusal to help me resolve this issue. All they had to do is call and honor the price they gave me. Yes I am upset.. can you tell.. but I think my frustration is merited and deserves the attention of someone who can make a difference in the experience I have just had with their company. Well see I guess. Sorry to be so negative just have had a horrible experience I would suggest to any customer that is considering shopping there that they save there time as Barnes and Noble might have great coffee in their locations but they could learn allot from Starbucks about perfect customer service.. They do not care and they have no customer service that will do anything if you are unsatisfied. Which is sad actually because my whole family have been long time customers of their local location. Unfortunately this one experience on their website has made such an impact on me that I will never step foot in their stores again. And the snowball effect has already begun my Facebook posting to my 500 plus friends and family has now spread to all of their friends and my family has now vowed that they will not shop their either. What a shame all they had to do is take care of me.
