Having refinanced before, I was hesitant to go through the arduous experience again. The time and money that I had invested in the past was not something that I looked forward to. When I found Amerisave I was not sure that online mortgages were the route that I wanted to go down. First, I applied which took only minutes. After doing this, I was assigned a broker. At this point I was pleasantly suprised with the speed with at which they processed my application, obtained my credit score and my broker contatcted me. I was convinced that Amerisave had the ability to meet my needs and impressed by the speed with which they approved my application and the security that was provided. Overall, their responses were prompt and the broker that was assigned to me was always available. At one point I faxed documents on the day after Thanksgiving and received a confirmation email withing five minutes. In addition, my account was updated to reflect that the documents had been received. They're document checklist takes you through the loan process seemlessly. Access to your account on any day at any time makes a daunting process easier to navigate. Access to your account and the ability to email and fax documents at all hours of the day and night allowed me to get through the loan process while working full-time and late into the night. Overall, I found my dealings with Amerisave uncomplicated and thorough. Their menu of rates and costs were the lowest and the easiest to understand. They are the future of banking.
