I ordered a lense and filter as a gift for a close relative and even called today to assure that it would ship overnight. They said "all set to go" and "it will arrive tomorrow". I then, at the end of the day, go check order status and it shows "on back order until "3/24/02"
I would and will NEVER spend another nickel with this fleabag establishment. Customer service was from another planet (it was "my fault" it didn't ship??)
THEY SUCK SO BADLY I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPRESS IT!!!
