I purchased furniture about a year ago and when it came the marble legs were badly mismatched. I contacted XO and they took about a month to send me an incorrect replacement. It took another two months to send me another wrong replacement leg. They have repeatedly push the delivery date of the replacement parts back. It has been an entire year and i still do not have the replacement leg.
They are clearly comfortable sending out junk and playing games with any attempt to have the issues corrected. I assume they think people will simply give up over time .....
