I saw a deal on a sony camera onine, got excited about it and went ahead and purched what I thought was the deal on the website. When it arrived, I realized that I had somehow not gotten the bundle deal I thought I had purchased. When I called, customer service told me there was nothing they could do. I decided to cut my loses and return it, at which point I realized they were going to charge me a 15% restocking fee, which is considerable on a $600 charge! I asked that they at least reduce the restocking fee and was met with a brick wall. First, I do believe I was mislead by the website. Second, the customer service was frustrating to say the least. Condescending, unsympathetic and a bit rude. I am usually fairly easy going. $90 is a lot, but it's not going to break me. BUT - the entire experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I am going to stay away from cameraworld from this poing forward. And I recommend others do the same.
In summary - Careful with the website, it is not well designed. Watch the fine print. I believe there are many other stores with better policies and customer service.
