Ordered a chair because their website said it was in stock. When I didn't hear anything for a week, I called to check. Over the next week, 3 different customer service agents said they'd find out and call me back. Not one of them did. Turns out it's backordered for 6 weeks. Horrible customer service. Don't believe their website!
