I bought a life after death t shirt from Karmaloop and was blown away by how quickly my order had been processed. I had read on the website that international orders take at least one to two weeks incluing the United Kingdom which I must admit was somewhat daunting. In contrast, when I used UPS's tracking system to see how far along the delivery was I was surprised to discover that it had only taken 5 days for it to reach English soil.
Unfortunately, the courier UPS made the mistake of delivering the tee to someone who lives down my road. I had tried to retrieve it but with little success. So I proceeded to explain the problem to UPS who told me that no further action could be taken until I filed a claim with Karmaloop. So I did and to my amazement, Karmaloop not only promised that they would get into contact with UPS, but that they would arrange to have a new shirt for me delivered as soon as possible. Over the course of the next few days, I had the privelege of witnessing a rally of emails from Karmaloop to Kazbah and some other individuals who worked like a well oiled machine to ensure the order for the shirt was being dealt with promptly and professionally.
To be honest, I wasn't quite sure what to expect from Karmaloop when I filed the claim. When they said they would be in contact with me and that they would start investigating, alarm bells started ringing as I began recalling how many times I had heard that before. Sure enough, Karmaloop went out on a limb to keep me updated with their progess on my new delivery. They absolutely practice what they preach about customer service and if that's not reason enough to invest your time and money in them aside from the fact that they sell sought after products which also happen to be more affordable in comparison to other suppliers, i don't know what is.
