My husband is currently deployed and its less then 2 weeks before christmas. I am currently hours away from our home with him for the holiday. I place and order on kmart.com for his christmas presents. I used our home address for billing and his deployment address. However when I recieved the confirmation email it showed our home address for the delivery. I have spent and hour on the phone with the 1800 number and talked to 2 different guys. The first told me he could not change the address so I told him I wanted to cancel the order. He informed me that it cant be done. I then asked to speak to a superviser and he put me on hold then came back said they were busy and that they are going to tell me the same thing that he is telling me I told him that I would wait to speak to one anyway and he told me that I can call back then. You would think they would value there customers. However, when I have an order in for $200 then I expect for it to go where needed. I waited about 45 minutes and called back. Got a different guy and asked to speak to a supervisor. He informed me that he needed to know why so I told him that the items are being shipped to the wrong address and that I had put it to go to were my husband is deployed. After 15 minutes talking to him he told me that they are sending something to ups to inform them of the address mess up. They are suppose to get ahold of me by email confirming the address delivery change. So he was helpful. But we will see if he goes through with it.
