I ordered two customized youth Seahawks jerseys on Dec. 5, 2011... in stock, the website said... "You can expect to receive your items between 12/15/11 and 12/20/11"...called the 19th to check the status, but the automated system did not even have a record of my order, the rep supposedly sent an email to the warehouse to check the status, but no response. I sent a email on the 21st, but no response. On the 22nd, got "Dear Valued Customer, We are notifying you today to advise you that due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee your order will arrive in time for Christmas holiday. At this time we would like to extend a single use 20% discount to you, as a token of apology for the inconvenience. Should you want to use this, all you need to do is place the order and use the following code on checkout HHNFL11 and a discount of 20% will automatically be applied to a single item on your order. The discount code is case sensitive and cannot be combined with any other offers. Your code is valid until 6/30/12." Called sutomer service again today (the 27th), but the first message to the warehouse never went through... of course. Should know by the 30th where my jersey's are...Ha! Of course I am innundated daily with email offers for more product, even though I opted out of any offers.
