I had several years of good experience from SMARTBOMB.COM. The company was sold. I made an order in March 2011 and everything was shipped VERY LATE except for one item. I made an order on August 1, 2011. I have never received that order. I had emailed them over and over again about when it would be shipped. They emailed me back saying the items were backordered and they would be shipped in 2 weeks. After a number of emails I finally cancelled my order. I was told it would take 2 billing cycles to get my credit and that was on October 13th, 2011. I was able to do one more email asking for my money. NO RESPONSE BACK, NO SITE TO GO TO AS SITE IS SAYING IT'S BEING REWORKED. I am out over $120.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Epinion needs to give it a negative review as it is an entirely different company than previous. Previous company WOULD NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL PRODUCTS WERE READY TO BE SHIPPED.
