I was a new customer to stamps.com. Decided to try the free webinar on how to use the software. It was well worth it. Some of the stuff I could have figured out on my own, but it was much faster/efficient - and less frustrating - to just let someone show me. The trainer pulled up the site and went through everything just like a customer would. Also allowed questions via online chat. The training went fast, because they spent the time showing you stuff you needed to know - not just fluff. Well worth the investment. As soon as I started with the service, they gave me 4 postcards for $40 total in free postage for signing up...awesome...and some free netstamps and other special stamps...and shipping labels. All for free! You can also purchase supplies through their website, and the prices are competitive to other providers. Couldn't be happier with the service. Wish they could take over management of USPS! When I have called to ask a question, the reps have always been super friendly and upbeat. Have a great attitude. I love not having to go to the post office and stand in that long line. I can also leave packages outside for the postman to pick up, since I am not just putting a regular stamp on the package (normally you have to take these types of things to the post office).
