Very deceiving and dissapointing. I ordered a briefcase for my husband to use on a job interview. He was not going to use this briefcase frequently, so price was important. The price on their website was great - obviously too great - They cancelled my order due to a website pricing error. I was not notified of the order cancellation until I inquired about shipping on the date I was supposed to receive the briefcase. They said that they had sent me an email - which was never received. I had to quickly order a different more expensive briefcase and pay expedited shipping from another retailer in order to get it on time.
