Awful customer service. Awful awful awful. Couldn't speak English, repeated her script 20 times as if it was the gospel truth, OMG I wanted to hang up immediately. I'm so sorry I made the mistake of buying something from this off shore company.
Don't make the same mistake, or I'll say I warned you.
