Pros: Good access to support. Reasonable prices.
Cons: Slow to process registrations. Need more experienced support technicians.
The Bottom Line: The service isn't great, but having real service at all is better than most hosts. And the price is right.

Pros:
Quick 24 hour access to customer service. Nice web-based tools. Reasonable prices. FTP/SSH/Telnet all available to access your site.
Cons:
Neither sales nor support are particularly knowledgeable (They didn't know what a MIME-type was, I had to explain the different methods of streaming QuickTime and what a WebLog/Blogger was).
MySQL isn't available at the lower-tiered plans that have PHP (and PHP isn't that valuable without SQL). It took 48 hours for them to process my web-based domain registration and virtual host setup.
I don't think that my questions were extraordinary. Nevertheless, when I called tech support, the typical answer was: "I don't know, but I can have someone else call you in the next few days." That was not satisfactory.
Also, the considerable lag between my request and the actual processing of my domain name registration raised some concern that I would lose my carefully chosen domain name.
