Never experienced such horrible customer service

I have to say a great selection - I bought airsoft last year and it was fine - BUT, HORRIBLE customer service if you need help - or even have a quick question. I bought an airsoft gun for my son for Christmas - product was damaged. It took me from Dec 26 until Jan 3 to make contact with customer service about a return (no one answered phones, you are instructed to leave a call back number - they never call back, or you can email, but no one ever emails you back, or you can chat, but it is never on-line and if by chance it is, you wait for 22 minutes to chat with someone who basically just reads from a script and is not servicing the customer at all). I even called one of the stores directly to speak to a person - no help. I FINALLY got the RMA# they require to ship back merchandise and shipped the item back - shipping that I had to pay for, by the way, and I still didn't know if they were going to send me a replacement because I had still not spoken to a person. I finally connected to on-line chat again on Jan 11, I was told my request will be "processed in 2-3 weeks, but some time take longer" Really? NEVER AGAIN and I hope you don't either. my poor kid has to wait until FEB to play with his Christmas gift while his friends are out having fun.
