Had a huge problem. I ordered an air soft gun for my son. The item shipped on time; however, when we received it, it was defective. The battery pack once charged would blow the fuse as soon as it was connected. We contacted the store and they said that they would not take returns on opened merchandise; they stated that they may be willing to exchange the item if we paid for the shipping back to the store. That is bogus; I should not have to pay to ship back something that came to me damaged. If you live nearby, this may be a great store; however, I would suggest not ordering on line from them. I guess this is an example of online buyer beware. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Their answer is you can pay for the shipping back to us; therefore, they can just ship this broken item back to someone else, very poor customer service, very poor policy…..
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Also looked at the Better Business Bureau complaints, there are an above average amount of complaints…..I should have checked out the BBB prior to ordering from them, I wish now that I had.
