Good customer service, but probably won't shop here again

I ordered two pairs of shoes from 6pm: one pair of Sorel boots for myself and one pair of Supra shoes for my boyfriend. Both pairs arrived on time as expected, but when opening the Supras, the styles of leather were weirdly different on each shoe. Since this was a defect of the shoes, 6pm quickly and efficiently sent me a return label so I could ship them back at no charge and sent out the new pair before even receiving the defect pair. They were fast, efficient and helpful with this pair of shoes. However, the boots were a little different -- even though I've worn Sorels before, my typical size in the particular style that I purchased did not fit at all. I sent the boots back, but 6pm did not cover that shipping. On top of that, they charge you for the original outgoing shipping costs of the returned item. So, I ended up spending about $30 and I have no boots at all. I would only recommend 6pm if you have physically tried on the thing you're buying, since it can easily be a waste of money otherwise (especially with shoes).
