Gerardo Montenegro : Ok, this company sucks big time, It's my first time using it and it will be the last one, an order can not be cancel ,I place a double order on the website and there is no way to cancel one of the two orders. So, here I am paying to get the books and I have to pay AGAIN to send them back as soon as I get them, How hard can it be to add a Cancel Order option on the website, or cancel it over the phone wich is not possible. And the buyback price ( ANOTHER JOKE) is not what they guaranteed when your buying the books, after the order is place the buyback price change. Now don't even try to call their costumer service, their Know every excuse on the book, and use them to get away with the scam, like; am sorry yuor order is not on our system yet, REALLY !! how did their charge my credit card if the order is not on the system. OR THIS OTHER EXCUSE , In our attempt to ship packages as quickly as possible, orders begin processing as soon as they enter our automated system, that why it can't be cancel. Funny thing is I place the order 3 days ago and the order has not yet been ship . DO NOT BUY BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT BUY BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT BUY BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
