With the recent reduction in interest rates, my husband and I had been considering refinancing our current home mortgage.  I was very skeptical about initiating this process due to the tediousness and inconvenience of applying for the loan and going through the usually painstaking approval and closing process.  After Thanksgiving I saw an internet advertisement for Quicken Loans and decided to fill out the inquiry form.  Later that evening I received a call from a Quicken representative.  I was pleasantly surprised that it was much simpler than I had anticipated to get the rate quote and other information that I needed to make my decision to refinance.  Within a few days the loan was approved.

My experience with Quicken Loans to refinance my mortgage has been one of the most convenient loan procedures I have ever participated in.  I was extremely pleased with the convenience of the on-line and telephone application process.  Being able to share information through e-mail and uploading documents to the website truly expedited the process.  I was also very pleased with the assistance and guidance that I received from the knowlegeable and professional loan representatives. They were very prompt in providing up to the minute details on the status of the loan process either by e-mail or by phone.   They also responded to all of my inquiries quickly and accurately. 

In addition, I was also able to check on the status on the website and determine if I needed to submit additional information for the loan process.   Having this access as well as access to loan representatives after the usual "9 to 5" work day was an added benefit for me due to my work and personal schedules.  The use of a notary who actually came to my location in the closing process was outstanding.  I can truly say that Quicken has taken a major step into the future with its competitive rates and customer friendly banking process. They are truly setting the standard for others to follow.  I highly endorse Quicken Loans and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a financial institution to conduct their personal business with.  Great job!
