Drugstore.com is one of the few online pharmacies that has a huge selection, and a pharmacy that I trust. I have had my own prescriptions filled there, and never had to mess with papers, phone calls, or had any other problems. I have also shopped there for all my personal needs, as well, for the last 3 years.
If you decide to use their pharmacy, it is very easy to have your current script switched to Drugstore.com from a brick-and-mortar pharmacy. There is simply a quick form to fill out with the pharmacies telephone number, and refill number. The rest is taken care of for you, which is very nice. If you have a new script, they will allow your pharmacist to call it in, fax it in, or you can personally mail the original script into them with a postage paid mailer. Mailing it in yourself does take a couple days extra, however. My prescriptions always arrived in the time stated, and in a safe, appropriate container so damage did not occur.
When purchasing personal care products, the same holds true. They package the purchase very well as to not allow for damage during shipping. Once I did have some shampoo spill in the box, and they did replace the item for no cost. They seem to be great about making things right if an error does occur. Their selection is very large, the best I have found myself, and I usually receive my order very quickly. They do provide great specials and coupons, too, if your keep your eyes out for them.
The big negative reason for choosing Drugstore.com is their high shipping cost. If any items are backordered, they do make you pay additional postage, as well.
Overall, great store, and one that I will shop at for years to come.
