I was pleasantly surprised with the ease and swiftness in refinancing my mortgage with Quicken Loans.  After filling out the information on their website, I was immediately contacted by one of their loan specialists who told me the initial process would take about 20 minutes to gather all the information.  Once my information was in their system, all my paperwork was handled through an online website where I could sign electronically.  I liked the "green" touch which is environmentally friendly. 
Every time a new paper was added to the site that needed my signature or review, I received an email from the site itself and a reminder email or phone call from my loan specialist until everything was received and I was ready to close.  I was then transferred to a closing specialist who assisted me with any additional requirement gathering before the closing was actually scheduled.  She too was in touch with me every step f the way.  The only thing that held up the process was my vacation out of state but they even offered to come to me in Florida to do the closing!  I declined so it was scheduled for my return.  The closing was also easy.  The attorney came to my home and all papers were signed within 20 minutes.  And I got a nice pen too! Great job Quicken!
