Quicken Loans were friendly, helpful and always had the answer we were looking for. The led us along step by step making sure we understood everything. The online Loan Center where we were able to electronically sign so many of the papers and upload and download needed documents was fabulous. We got a 15 yr fixed rate mortgage and lowered our rate by 1.4 percent, saving hundreds a month by paying off our car loan AND still lowering our mortgage payment. After closing we had our checks in hand within three business days. The appraiser was quick and flexible, working with our schedule. We got a great rate as promised and a pain free, pleasant experience. This is the second time we have financed with Quicken and I would definitely recommend them.
The only, very minor, error was that when we received our checks after closing, the check that was made out to the car loan company was made out for $1000 more that the payoff figure.  The car loan compnay said they would just reimburse me the difference so I went ahead and sent them the check.
