Several months ago, I refinanced my house on an 8 year, fixed-rate loan at 3.75% with no points with Quicken Loans. It was very easy to refinance. They were very friendly when I talked to them on the phone, took care of most of the paperwork, and  had a gentleman visit my house to perform the final signing. 

Why did I wait a few months from the refinance to writing this review? Because I wanted to see how easy it was to use the web site, and how well they performed after the fact. As it stands, I love the web site and everything has gone well since then. I have set up a recurring payment on their website. That makes it easy for me since I do not have to remember to log in and make the payment. It is done automatically. What was also nice about it was that they allow you to pay additional principal every month along with your normal payment. Therefore I will be able to pay off the house in five years instead of the original eight years.
