Terrible Product and Customer Service - Low Quality!

First off, I ordered a rug that was in stock and expected to ship in a week, but got an update that same day that it was out of stock and wasn't to ship for 6 weeks. Then, no further updates and the rug arrived a month later (no email with ship date or tracking number, etc).
The rug I ordered was beige, but was very gold/yellow. They would not take the rug back so I kept it and it shed A LOT...so much that the fibers were all over the hardwood floors throughout the house, and all over my kids' clothes. When I talked to customer service, they didn't care and said it "wasn't grounds for them to pay for the return". It will cost me about $100 to return the rug, but I have no other choice.
Will NEVER order from this company!!!
