I have purchased many products from Altrec.com. I have always had a very pleasant experience with both the website and the customer service representatives. On my last purchase, the jacket I ordered was too big. Their return policy is VERY simple and user friendly. After I realized that the jacket was too big, I arranged a return and then ordered another jacket. Once I ordered the second jacket, I checked my e-mail to check for order confirmation...only to discover that Altec had sent me an e-mail with a 15% off discount code for my next purchase. I thought to myself, 'OH NO!!! Is it too late to use it???!' I called their customer service line and got a prompt answer from a gentleman named Shane. I explained my dilemma and Shane told me it would not be a problem to use the discount code even after the fact. Within minutes, I recieved a credit on my account and on my credit card. Plain and simple, Altrec is a phenomenal company. They go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that their customers are satisfied. I have told many, MANY friends and family members about Altrec and I will continue to order from them for all my outdoor gear needs. Altrec is the real deal and should be commended for their exemplary service, know-how and friendliness.
