Not a good experience!

After spending a lot of time in setting up my weekly menu from the choices that they offer (some of them sounded really good), each order would arrive (on time, every Tuesday) with substitutions of meals I did not order... and they would just seem to throw in whatever they had a lot of left over just to complete my order. Imagine receiving three of the same lunches or dinners every week of food that you don't like, and not receiving the food that was ordered that you wanted to try.
Calling customer service did get an apology and a credit for the substituted meals which is a good business practice; however, I would rather have had the meals that I ordered since I am on the program to lose weight and eat their meal plan. Also, I was then told that I had to make out my menu three weeks in advance instead of just weekly. So... that's what I did... and guess what? You guessed it... still got substitution meals delivered.
The straw that broke the camel's back (yes, I cancelled the program) is - this week I did not get my delivery on Tuesday like normal, so when I called I was told to watch for delivery on Wednesday. It did not arrive. Another call provided me with the response that e-diets had changed menu items in their computer last week and my menu was printed up incomplete so they did not ship anything.
Overall, I'd say about 50% of their meal offerings are tasty enough. The other ones are very bland or tasteless. They are calorie, fat, and sodium controlled (at least according to their labels) however; several times what it said on the label was not exactly what was in the package. I gave this program a fair try; but, I am going back to NutriSystem which I have had good success with in the past and have never had a problem with them not sending me what I ordered.
