Vedis dissatisfied with custoservice. My ordewagon messed up and ended up being cancelled because I was not notified of the issue, and now the Item I needed is out of stock. Not happy at all with the way that my order situation was handled over the phone. I spoke to two different people and still did not get te problem solved. I am very upset that my order was cancelled without u being notified. I needed my product by today, and had I been contacted they would be here. Also, I have to wait for my card to be credited back for three business days and today is Friday so I am out of money until then. My order was not treated as important and the customereservoir representatives sounded like my alls were a hassle to deal with. I do not understand why my 65$ that I already paid cannot be credited to my account to order another item of the same value. I feel that I am entitled to some form of repayment a far as beingsatisfied with the company. I would love tot evidence a coupon for my hassles or store credit of some sort. The tress that this has cause me is not worth it and if karma loop didn't offer low prices on the things I need I would not stay. The customer service experience needs to be improved in order to keep your customers happy.
