"E pluribus unum". Sorry if I wasn't clear but my point is that Sears.com is just so undifferentiated from the vast milieu of the internet. To my mind Sears.com fits nicely into the average category: just average, customer service, average shipping and handling, average selection.

but I got to the end without much information on the Sears.com website including ordering process, shipping options, navigation, etc.
