Horrible experience. Prior to placing my order online I contacted this company to confirm that the furniture that I wanted was in stock. I was told that it was. I proceeded to order my items online. After not receiving a confirmation by email of my order I contacted the company by telephone. I'm glad I printed a copy of my transaction at the time I placed my order online. I was told I had to log onto their website to check the status of my order. Followed those imstructions and saw my order placed, but no further information. They charged my credit card for the full amount of the items and stated the items would be delivered within 7-10 days. After a month of calling and emailing they could not give me a tracking number. They were quick to charge my card over $2200.00, but couldn't reply to my requests for a tracking number. I finally had to ask for a refund and credit since they would NEVER reply to my requests. I received a credit card refund after six email requests, 40 days later, and zero responses, and NEVER a reply or acknowledgement of what they were doing with my order. Extremely unprofessional!! Stay away from this company out of Canada!!!!
