Our office was looking to reduce our overall postage costs, so as Office Administrator, I starting checking around, comparing prices, etc. That's when I contacted Stamps.com. Everything seemed pretty simple, easy to use, so I thought we'd give it a try. Boy am I glad we did!!
Stamps.com is so easy to use, faster than the meter we had been using, and we saved money!! I'm so pleased with how well Stamps.com has worked for our small field office, I'm now recommending all of our offices switch to Stamps.com as a company wide cost saving measure.
The supply costs are very reasonable. Getting credit for stamps that didn't print correctly is not a hassle. Adding postage to your machine is so easy and hassle free. No numbers to call or codes to enter. Best of all, when you buy more postage, you aren't charged a percentage of it as a fee! Plus we saved money on our monthly fee.
Being able to print one .45 stamp or pages of .45 stamps is great for the business we are in.
To top all of that, you just can't beat their customer service!! Everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful, knowledgable, and polite!! To me, great customer service goes along way in a business. I've not needed to contact them many times, but being able to reach someone in a timely manner to resolve an issue, should you have one is criticial.
In closing, I think every office that uses postage should consider switching to Stamps.com!!
