Ripped me off over $800!!! Modern Danish is a thief! Charged my card and I never got product. They admitted I never got product and I have emails to prove it from them. Watch out they do not have a real phone number for customer service. They give you another number that never works. Tried email and was promised a refund but that was back in Jan 2012, still have not received. Promised a credit on credit card in Jan. 2012. We never received so we called in Feb. and they promised a check in one week. Need I say, We never got a check. Now they will not even answer our emails. Order was in July 2011!!! The big thing to watch out for is how they keep telling you the product is coming a few weeks later. so you wait. then you email. it is delayed again and you need to wait another few weeks. We did this since Sept 2011 thru Jan. 2012! I wrote the BBB and never heard from them. They use to have a high rating with the BBB. They are probably going bankrupt so don't expect your refund! You can get them to answer the phone to take a new order but not to handle problems. We ordered a sink, faucet and brace for a sink. All of these kinds of complaints need to go to the Attorney General's office in the state of Georgia. It is criminal and taken very serious by the Attorney General's office. You can file a complaint online with them.
