I wanted to explain my rating a bit. While I think you gave helpul information about the customer service and quality of calling, in order for me to rate this higher I'd need information specifically pertaining to the website aspect of Priceline. How it works, how you join, how you order and pay, how the site performs, etc.
Should you decide to edit this at a later time please send me the link so I can take another look at it.
