Ordered an amplifier on a Sunday by phone and told it was in stock and would be shipped the next day be Fed Ex ground. On Monday I received an email stating shipping was processed. On Friday after not having received the amp, I called them and asked for a tracking number and was told there was none. When I asked why, I was put on hold for ten minutes to be told, "We don't have any, we'll have to give you your money back." When I asked why I wasn't emailed or called, I got no good responses other than, "We can locate one from one of our stores, have it shipped here, and then send it to you." My first order with them and I'll NEVER order from Sam Ash again.
