I am very pleased with AJ Madison and how they performed. I was skeptical and hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews, but then there were some positive as well. Anyway, I went ahead and ordered a Maytag Refrig and Whirlpool washer and dryer (3 pieces). I also bought extended warranty for each item. I ordered everything on a Monday, and you should know that AJ MAdison ships from New York area. Well, I received the shipment 4 days later on that Friday! Fast, no damage, dings or dents. I was not happy with local delivery company b/c the guys unloading didn't bring correct tools to install pedistals onto washer and dryer (I mean who doesn't carry sockets if you are installer?). BUT, that is no reflection on AJ Madison. Good communication from AJ, good prices (compared to Sears! ... Sears charges a lot for extended warranty it seems).
I highly recommend AJ Madison. I found them to be efficient and thorough. It was a smooth experience for me. The appliances work great and look great as well. Their website provides good access to delivery status and rebates as well. I mailed in rebate forms info shortly after delivery and trust that we will receive VISA cards in several weeks.
Try them out. You will be happy.
