They charge you first, then good luck getting the product

Ordered here because it was the least cost.
My fixture was listed as "delivery in 1-2 weeks". 3 weeks later, 2 weeks after the planned shipping date, it had not shipped and they said they had a problem with their system and the order had not gone to the manufacturer. It was going to be another 2 weeks for delivery (total 5 weeks) and I was going out of town and couldn't have it delivered then.
Here's the key - they charged my credit card immediately upon order processing. To cancel, I had to wait another 10 business days to ensure that the manufacturer had not shipped it to me in the interim.
I had to pay the credit card bill and wait for the refund on the next monthly statement. They had my money for over a month!!!
