I'm in the midst of working through the loan process with Amerisave and am very satisfied so far. Both us the buyer and the seller are doing this sale without a realtor so there has been a bit of a learning curve and Theadore Slingerland has been very helpful guiding us through the process. There is more work in then closing with a regular bank in that you are required to upload or fax all of th required documents since it is an online company however once I got used to scanning and emailing the documents, this was not a big issue. Since we are not using a realtor I imagine I have been somewhat of a high maintenance customer with many phone calls and emails with many different questions about the process. Even so, Ted has been very helpful with all of it. We are locked in and have a closing date in almost two months, so time isn't as big of an issue as others, but I do feel if we had a 30 day closing, there would not be a major issue in getting everything taken care of. Assuming everything continues to go smoothly through closing, we will be very satisfied with Amerisave.
