Ron has been so helpful and efficent with the beginnings and middle of our loan. Ron was helpful in explaining the ins and outs of refinancing. For me, that is difficult because I don't always understand everything. Ron made it easy and doable. Ron set up an appraiser to come right out the next day after our inital contact with Ron. The appraiser was very efficent and assessed our house at a reasonable value. Tom was very efficient and with ease made the appraisal. He and Ron seem to have had many years experience. Then, someone else called to follow up today. Since Saturday my husband and I have spoken with several people about our satisfaction of Amerisave. We were tickled to be able to pay very low closing costs, but still get an excellent rate. Ron helped us figure out how to save a bit of money, but also reduce our mortgage by five years. That was a savings on interest of eighty-six thousand dollars! Oh my! All I can say is that Amerisave is doing everything they can to keep our business. I respect that and know that I will return. The person that told us of Amerisave was on the right track. I felt safe putting my information into the computer account because of other friends' referrals about the good work that Amerisave does. They are doing a great job!
