I placed an order for a bluetooth headset and was emailed confirmation of purchase, complete with a tracking number and the claim that it had been shipped. No shipper was included in the communication, but clicking on it took me to the FEDEX website, which showed no such tracking number in use.
Five days later, the headset had still not arrived, and the FEDEX site still said there was no such shipment. I emailed to inquire and got the runaround. A second email more strongly worded elicited no explanation, but a claim that the package had now been shipped via USPS and that the new tracking number had been sent in a separate email. That made no sense, obviously - why not just tell the new tracking number in this email? But the real stupidity lay in the fact that the email allegedly containing this tracking number never arrived.
In short, one week after they took my money, BeachCamera has not only failed to ship the product, but has consistently lied to me about its status and has yet to even attempt to explain why they haven't shipped it. I consider them to have stolen my money. Do not order anything from this vendor.
