I ordered a telescope on Tuesday. The website claimed they would ship my purchase in 2 business days. I got an email from them w/in 24 hours, confirming purchase and providing a FedEx tracking number. The package arrived by Friday morning - much sooner than I expected. Their prices are reasonable, and it seems they do what they say they will. I haven't had to test the return process yet, but for now I would recommend them.
