I wanted a particular personal monitor. It was available everywhere for the same price. My husband told me he'd heard of zZounds and thought they were reliable so I went with them. They also had a "Call to find out what the sale price is" come-on next to the item. I was dubious but called, and it was over 20% less than anyplace else I had looked. The monitor came promptly, no shipping charge and no tax. Also, I thought a part was missing and emailed zZounds; they responded quickly and said they would send the part right away if necessary but to check again, as it was usually taped inside a hole in the styrofoam. It was. I'm very happy with my purchase and with zZounds and would use them again for sure.
