I was having trouble getting help from Norelco in the USA or my dealer with my Advantage shaver. I found the Shaver Centre on the web and sent Hans an email. He responded within an hour and then we talked on the phone. He solved my problem and I ordered a new shaver from him. Excellent service and fast shipping. This should be the way all merchants conduct business. The Shaver Centre will have my business from now on.
