It sounds as though the Shaver Centre is very helpful.
I would love to read more about them from your point of view. Your review would be more helpful if you could go into a bit more detail about the .com site. Things such as product availability, site navigation, was it fast? Did it lag? And things such as shipping costs, methods,and such...

It seems like you are imagining this as a place to post recommendation letters or the like. Generally reviews around here have a bit more information though. Perhaps you might give some more details about the whole experience...
