The site said clearly that returns are free when I checked the policy before my purchase. I think they are trying to emulate zappos, who have free shipping and returns. When you print the return lable it says $7.99 return shipping fee. They did not respond to my email when i asked for the address so i could mail it back myself. At the very least I expect a response to my question. Even if you are going to say no to me I want to be respected as a customer. The shoes I bought were not right for my dress but were in new condition.
I finally found something about returns being free when you buy something else, that is an exchange not a return. I am very unhappy and will be very vocal online so that others are not scammed by this fraudulent advertising.
I will never purchase from them again, or any retailor that has a misleading website. There are other items on the site I would exchange for but I do not do business with people who do not respond at all to emails. I suggest only purchasing items you have tried on instore and making sure the shoes are cheap enough to justify the return fee!
